Not necessarily, but we do encourage you to make one as it is the simplest way to track your order and have access to your dashboard for our products. You can choose to guest checkout however if you wish to not register.
Yes, but the order must be in the “processing” stage in which you can request a change or cancellation. Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel the order and it is up to you if you’d like to exchange it or refund/keep it.

Simply make a free account on our website, login and from the dashboard select “Orders”. You will be able to view all order including the most recent one and check the status of the order. Once it has been confirmed to be shipped, we will email you a tracking number and let you know approximately when the item will arrive.
We offer free Signed For First Class to our UK customers on orders £45 and over.
For our international customers, we do ask that the customer include the cost of the shipping on top of the price of the purchase. This differs from country to country but we will let you know if you have any questions about it.
To UK addresses we aim to deliver between 1-3 working days. This can differ but we generally aim for this.
For international customers, this can range from 3-5 working days to 7-14 working days. It depends on where the country is located, but we will give you a tracking number and let you know when it has been shipped.

We accept most major debit and credit card companies, Klarna and Paypal. As long as it’s with Visa or MasterCard we accept this.
On already discounted products we do not, but if there are discounts available for any non-discounted products we will let our customers know. Vouchers can also sometimes be used depending on their availability.
